The Kettlebell Get-Up is one of the most misunderstood movements in the exercise and fitness world. Many fitness "experts" and magazines have recommended that people perform them while leaving out that it takes a good amount of coaching and practice to complete the movement safely and effectively. Even though the Get-Up takes some effort to learn correctly, the benefits to your core and shoulders are well worth the time and effort.
